(2) If the local level sees that something needs to be done immediately for the livelihood of the senior citizen before taking a decision, the concerned ward chairman will temporarily serve his children; or The rightful person should be asked to deposit a certain amount into the bank account of the senior citizens.
(3) together with the mother in respect of the amount referred to in sub-sections (1) and (2); It has to be deposited even in the case that it is settled or has been separated according to the law.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-sections (1), (2) and (3), if a person's father is living together, if the father and mother are living in a joint account, and if the parents are living separately, then the deposit must be made in the account of the father or mother who is to be nurtured and taken care of. > (5) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-sections (1), (2), (3) and (4), the salary or amount for parents who are receiving regular salary or pension or who earn more than the prescribed annual income from self-employment, trade, business or any other type of income Must not be collected.
(6) The person who has the obligation to deposit the amount as per sub-section (1) and (2) shall inform the details of the amount to be deposited and / the voucher or compensation related to the local level and the agency he/she works within thirty five days and the details of the amount deposited by him/her annually at the end of each financial year. (7) If the person who is obliged to deposit the amount according to this section does not deposit the amount, his father or mother can apply to the self-employed body or the local level for enforcement.
(8) Obligation to deposit amount if application is received as per sub-section (7).The head of the body employing the person shall order the relevant officer to collect the salary or amount of such person.
(9) No one shall be exempted from the legal obligations and practical responsibilities to be fulfilled according to the prevailing law, just because he has paid wages or money to his parents in accordance with this section.
(10) According to this section, the amount deposited in the bank account in the name of the parents can be spent on the funeral after the parents' death. (12) If there is money left in the bank account in the name of the parents from the work as per sub-section (10), the family members who deposit such money can consume it.
(13) For any reason, the local level cannot compel senior citizen parents to raise children who have not been provided with upbringing, care, education, or have not been given proper guardianship, who have been removed from their families and are not allowed to eat or drink.
(14) The state should update and categorize the detailed information of senior citizens at the relevant local level for the purpose of providing service facilities to senior citizens.
